Dr. Johnson grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, with four other siblings. After receiving his degree in English Literature from Yale in 1968, he moved to San Francisco to study at the San Francisco Art Institute. He then changed directions and received his dental training at the University of California School of Dentistry at San Francisco.
Dr. Johnson worked as a private practice dentist in Oakland, California for many years before he moved to Fort Collins to start Rocky Mountain Dental Care, which he owns and operates. He is an avid volunteer and has been a 9 Health Fair volunteer for several years. He also loves to spend time with his grandkids, read, bike, and go on walks with his wife, Carol, and two golden retrievers, Roxy and Kacey.
She loves walking with Dr. Johnson and their two dogs as well as doing yoga and spending time with her four grandchildren. She also enjoys using her memory to dominate at poker and bridge. Carol is an avid football enthusiast. While living in California she was always rooting for the Oakland Raiders, but since moving to Fort Collins, the Denver Broncos have become her team. GO BRONCOS!
As a Loveland native, Ronnie enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and family, especially her two kids. She also enjoys painting with her daughter, experimenting with essential oils, and trips to the drive-in in the summer time. Ronnie has become a world traveler and ventured to Puerto Vallarta and Costa Rica.
Originally from Ohio, Corinne attended college in Cleveland for dental hygiene. She has been working for Rocky Mountain Dental for more than seven years now and enjoys learning things from her patients, too. Corinne has also organized the oral cancer screenings for the 9 Health Fair for the last 18 years and has taught new Dental Hygiene Students at Laramie County Community College in Wyoming.
When she isn’t making smiles more beautiful at Rocky Mountain Dental Care, she can be found heading off on her latest adventure with her Australian Shepard, Copper at her heels. She is willing to try just about anything, but loves hiking, biking, scuba diving, rafting, and anything outdoors.
In her spare time, Djinn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the mountains, hiking, skiing, physical fitness, beading and enjoying Colorado in any way possible.
When she isn’t working, Mandy enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their menagerie of pets. They have two lizards, two Chihuahuas and one guinea pig. As a family, they love animals and being outside enjoying nature.
Carly has a passion for mission work and has traveled to Gondar, Ethiopia and San Salvador, El Salvador providing dental education to the underserved residents in those communities. Outside of dentistry, Carly works with The Matthews House, serving and supporting foster families in Larimer County.
Carly enjoys a wide variety of activities. Reading, getting outdoors, learning the cello, and cheering on the Denver Broncos are among her favorites.
